Organdi is a bull with great breed character. He has strong pedigree with many proven French bloodlines, being a son of Meillard. Cooper is very highly rated as a producer of daughters. Organdi has been used heavily in Northern Ireland. We had initially imported a batch of semen from this bull, which sold fairly quickly, but had not replaced the semen when it was all gone. However, when we visited the National Charolais Show at Cournon, France in October 2005 we saw two fabulous cows by Organdi, both of which won huge classes. Immediately following this an Organdi son topped the Autumn 2005 sale at Dungannon (see picture), so we have replenished our stock of semen, as he does seem to be breeding well. His daughter Savante was Female Champion at Paris Show in 2007
