MozartJason (Hermes x Flotte) x Jaffa (Colbert x Fez)We first saw Mozart at Munster AI in August 2004, when he was nearly 8 years old. He is a very impressive individual, very wide and well fleshed, with a great topline, and still very correct on his legs and feet. His progeny have been extensively tested in Southern Ireland, where he has been proven to be easier calving than average, with short gestation. He has an exceptional Irish blup figure for muscle (132). A yearling heifer by Mozart sold for 2,400gns at Dungannon in October 2004. Mozart is an easy calving sire, regularly used on heifers in Northern Ireland. At Perth in February 2007 Caylers Charolais sold three sons of Mozart, all heifers’ calves, up to 6,000gns. His daughter Angela was champion at Tullamore May 2007.
